For engineers, a different kind of Halloween fling

Look, they're engineers and whatever is their idea of fun, well, so be it. On Saturday morning, the technical minded types will take over an area near the Titan Stadium and proceed to fling dozens of gourds via an array of contraptions as part of the annual, Halloween Pumpkin Launch, in hopes of winning the Pumpkin Trophy and prizes. There's other silliness planned, suitable for kids and families.
